Recipe : Ground Nut Flats
Ingredients :
60g ground millet
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup crushed nuts
1 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Method :
Delectable
ground nut flats puff and spread in cooking so prepare two baking
sheets and cover with baking paper. Place millet in bowl with peanut
butter and nuts and work to combine using a wooden spoon for extra
'elbow'. Add the condensed milk, mix and place in small spoonfuls
wide apart on baking sheets. Bake and leave to cool on baking paper
before removing to store.
