Waldorf Salad Recipe
Recipe : Waldorf Salad
Ingredients :
2 red apples
125g celery, diced
45g walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
185ml low fat natural yoghurt
Method :
Wash the apples and polish skins with a soft cloth. Core the apples
and neatly dice the flesh. Place the diced apple in a serving bowl.
Add the celery, walnuts and lemon juice. Add the yoghurt and lightly
fold to combine ingredients. Chill salad for at least 1 hour before
serving. Try adding 2 tbsp of stoned, chopped dates or sultanas.
Serves 4 - 6
